FACILITATED TRACKING

The BottleTracker is designed to increase your quality and compliance with labeling regulations while improving your line efficiency.

It does this by verifying serial numbers and facilitating bottle aggregation into secondary packages without impacting the production flow. The BottleTracker also inspects factors such as the presence and placement of labels and leaflets. 

To facilitate the tracking of a bottle going into a secondary package, such as a bundle or case, the BottleTracker prints and inspects a temporary unique identifier (UID) on the bottle using black or UV ink. It has a unique barcode-reading technology and includes an adjustable railing to support various product shapes and sizes.
